FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Booking Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days free of charge before the check-in date. For cancellations made after this date, the terms and conditions specified in the booking may apply. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Check-in/check-out

Check-in is available form 2pm to 6pm at the Hotel Bel Sit reception desk in Via Rusecco, 57, Valle di Cadore.
On arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our staff, who will accompany you directly to your apartment and provide all the information you need for your stay.
Check-out is requested by 10am on the day of departure.

Booking Payment

You can book your stay directly online via our booking system. We accept main payment methods supported by the platform. Any conditions regarding deposits or final payments will be specified during the booking process.

Minimum length of stay

To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, the apartments can be booked for a minimum stay of 2 nights. For longer stays or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Parking

All apartments have a private parking and a garage reserved for guests (one parking space per apartment). Park your car with complete peace of mind and set off to explore the Cadore region and the Dolomites.

Pets

Pets are welcome at the BelSit apartments. To maintain the highest levels of comfort and cleanliness for all our guests, a final cleaning fee of €30 is charged per stay per apartment. We kindly ask you to tell us know if you’ll be bringing your pet when you book.

Apartment facilities

All apartments have been recently refurbished and can accommodate up to 6 people (except for the Antelao studio, which sleeps 2, and the Cristallo apartment, which sleeps 4). They feature fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, comfortable bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, balconies with mountain views and all the amenities you need for a self-catering holiday.

Linen

Bed linen and towels for all guests are provided free of charge for each stay. On arrival, you will find the flat ready and welcoming, with everything you need to start your holiday in total comfort. A handy welcome kit containing essential items for your stay is provided, designed to make your stay even more pleasant from the very first moment.

The BelSit apartments are situated in Venas di Cadore, a strategic location between Cadore and Cortina d’Ampezzo. From here, you can easily reach the main sites of the Dolomites, the alpine lakes, the hiking trails and the ski resorts go the area
